The 127/12 Network is made up of public and private institutions that work together to promote small rural producers in the most disadvantaged area of the province of Entre Ríos. From the outset, the founders of this initiative have sought the collaboration of the Economy of Communion, not only with financial contributions and talents, but specifically to generate communion and dialogue among such diverse actors, promoting reciprocity as a necessary characteristic of each project.

Red 127 y 12 is a public-private inter-institutional initiative that has been working for more than 15 years in north-central Entre Ríos, in areas with high levels of productive and social vulnerability. Its objective is to promote territorial development with a participatory approach, promoting coordination between public, private, and community actors, with a focus on capacity building, productive strengthening, training, employment, and marketing. Entrepreneurs from the Economy of Communion have been involved since the project's inception, promoting its development, encouraging encounters between people and bringing together different perspectives, and integrating values such as reciprocity, which has been fundamental to the development and growth of each person and project involved.
It integrates more than 50 local governments, national institutions such as INTA, INTI, SENASA, and provincial agencies, together with cooperatives, companies, and civil society organizations. It is organized through local management committees, which allow for the identification of needs, the design of solutions, and the channeling of resources in a coordinated and effective manner.
It has developed and managed international cooperation projects with funding from the German Ministry of Cooperation (BMZ), the Association of Rural Catholics (V.K.L), Avina, and the Economy of Communion Association, among others. The recently approved fifth project, scheduled to begin on September 25, is entitled "Strengthening the resilience of rural development in the face of extreme weather events and increasing rural poverty." It aims to strengthen the ability of small producers to adapt to unexpected weather events while promoting the development of small rural producers in the region.
In the previous project, implemented between 2019 and 2023, many actions were achieved, including:
* 611 training sessions on production, marketing, agroecology, waste, and health.
* 596 direct investments (drilling, beekeeping kits, stoves, horticultural equipment, etc.).
* 71 loans (microloans and special lines of credit).
* Active participation of young people, family producers, and rural organizations.
The Network has been recognized for its ability to generate social capital and effective land management, becoming a benchmark at the national and international level.
There will also be a discussion at one of the local universities, with the participation of various speakers who will address the Economy of Communion from different perspectives.
