In Brazil there is a growing interest for a different way of conceiving the economy and managing the company. The EoC is developing a network of "sympathizing" enterprises.

Since 2013, the EoC Committee of South of Brazil, along with the National Association of EoC Entrepreneurs organizes skype conferences each month in order to grow communion among the company owners who are either members or sympathizers of the project. It is an occasion awaited by all and prepared according to their needs. The result of these contacts, maintained and cultivated through mutual visits, is the initiatives taken by the "sympathizing" entrepreneurs, i.e. those who have not yet formally joined the project, but live it fully in the daily reality of their doing business.

A Guarapuava, in the State of Paraná, for example, Professor Amelia Ana Araujo Nero, scholar and member of the local EoC met with a group of students of the Unicentro who had got to know the EoC and had participated in meetings in San Paolo from 2011 on. The intention was to deepen the project by uniting sympathizing entrepreneurs of the city, giving rise to periodic meetings between them which resulted in a programme: the organisation of two EoC Schools open to all those who are interested.

The second, held on 28th May, saw more than 200 participants, among them the representatives of the most important local authorities: Vice Rector Osmar Ambrósio and Mayor César Augusto Silvestre Filho, accompanied by other councilmen. In addition, five other EoC entrepreneurs joined the group coming from Joinville, in the State of Santa Catarina and from Londrina in Parana. Together with them, visits were made to some companies such as Douglas Luis Limberger's Beijo Baiano Biscoitos, with 65 employees. One of the participants expressed the feeling of many of them really well: "The EoC is 'the way' that many people hope to know one day."

The enthusiasm of those who came to Guarapuava dragged those coming from the city of Irati, one hundred kilometres away, but close enough for making contacts. Thus the couple Rosani and Oscar Muchaue who were among the sympathising business owners decided to repeat the experience and propagate the idea of EoC to others. So they organized an event on the evening of 29th May, so that a group from Guarapuava could come as well and offer their contribution. The neighbouring city, Rebouças was involved, too, where there are other member and sympathizing entrepreneurs and so 48 people gathered in the end. Here's what they told us: "We are absolutely delighted, the meetings were a great success. We saw that people were impressed and some of them expressed interest in forming a study group here." Among those present there were 30 entrepreneurs in addition to many young people, teachers and councilmen. The witness was received well, so much so that ANPECOM was addressed with a passionate request:  "Now it's our turn! We will, however, need your support as ANPECOM to receive study materials and keep going. Thank you for all your support."
