Une bonne tartine de miel, quel plaisir ! Mais l’on ne soupçonne pas tout le travail et l’attention qu’il a fallu à l’apiculteur pour arriver à élaborer un tel produit. Allons butiner quelques éléments dans ce portrait de Catherine, apicultrice en Haute-Ardèche.
